The Dorfone range allows the door to be answered and released from your land line telephone or your mobile phone even when you are out and about.
Should the resident be speaking on the phone when a visitor calls the resident will hear a notification sound in the earpiece. They can then put the phone on hold, and speak to the visitor. Should the resident be speaking to the visitor at the front door when a phone call comes in, a low volume ring is heard in the earpiece. They can then clear the front door call and answer the phone call.
The Dorfone 2000 is manufactured in anodised aluminium and is ideal for fixing to an existing door frame . The Dorfone 3000 is produced in vandal resistant stainless steel or polished brass and can be surface or flush mounted.
Specified powder coated colours can be supplied to order.
The Systems are BABT approved for connection to the telephone network.
