Rental contract options are inclusive of all maintenance breakdowns, spares, repairs and replacement parts with no additional charges unless caused by vandalism or an Act of God. Your security system is fully covered throughout the life of the rental contract.

We recognise that an outright purchase for projects such as block of flats, gated communities etc can be an expensive endeavour.
Rental contracts allow you to have installed the security system of your choice, without the burden of the initial full cost of the purchase of the system.
Rental contracts are very useful to Residents Associations or Freeholders who employ the services of Managing Agents, Property Management Companies or alike.
