to you usually within 4 hours of receiving an emergency call, and our general response
time is within 24 hours of receiving a non emergency call.
Maintenance and Service Agreements
Door Entry System star rated fixed level Maintenance & Service Agreements, offering
various levels of Preventative Maintenance servicing. This ensures your equipment
operates reliably throughout its lifetime. Customers are welcome to request a bespoke
agreement that may better suit their needs. Customers with older installations or
equipment, as well as newly installed installations, will both benefit from this
service.

The Customer Service Desk is manned by qualified staff ready to assist customers
both existing and new.

We are pleased to supply manufacture technical contact details to our customers where
we are unable to address the problem, if the product was purchased through the Company
in the first instance.
